From the websites www.howto.tv and www.smallbusinessadvice.tv IT budgets can be tight for small businesses, so many times data protection options may not make the cut. However, a business that chooses to operate without a safety net is taking a serious risk. Losing critical business data can be crippling for most business and for some a loss that they simply cant recover. Plenty of options are available for local backup protection ranging in sizes and speeds, but without an off-site storage option your business data may still be at risk. If your business operates in more than one physical location your backup options may need to grow accordingly. To find out more about protecting your business, please www.dell.co.uk/storagelearningcenter

This video is brought to you by: www.pcmichiana.com This video will show you how to partition your hard drive to share between the multiple operating systems you will be installing on your computer. This is a very easy thing to do if you have already gone through the first few episodes of the dual boot series. Running multiple operating systems is nice, but there is no need to store the same data on both operating systems when they can just as easily be shared between the two on a completely separate drive. There are other benefits to this as well, such as having a partition “secure” from operating system corruption – whereas if you ever have to re-install your operating system (either of them) your data will be unaffected by the format necessary to re-install. Pretty neat trick right?
